My name is Chris Cole, and my private therapy practice is located in Longmont, Colorado. I practice mindfulness-based psychotherapy, which means I am dedicated to guiding you into the moment-to-moment experience of your mind with openness, warmth, curiosity, and unconditional acceptance. My training is in clinical mental health counseling, and I am a licensed professional counselor.
Mindfulness-based psychotherapy produces the insight and self-compassion necessary to identify your needs and progress toward your goals. So often, unconscious dynamics and inherited patterns of behavior dominate our lives. These processes usually exist beneath or outside of our conscious awareness. My role is to help you encounter the truth of your life, while embodying enough kindness to grow. I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey.
